Well, what’s the truth? — It is true that cops picked Justin Bieber up but not really arrested. Maybe the reason why this rumor is getting over the internet
is because cops were involved in the issue. The reason why he was picked by the cops up was he and his friend was biking out around 2o’clock in the morning.
