GameStop offers three Playstation Move bundle options for Killzone 3

Killzone 3 will be the biggest Playstation 3 game to support Playstation Move controller yet when it launches next week. GameStop is taking advantage of the opportunity by bundling three separate SKUS with the Playstation Move and the Navigation add-on.

Gamestop distributing Celebi before Pokemon Black and White launch

Jeez, between all the different Pokémon promotional events held over the past few months, it seems plausible that we could "catch em' all" before Pokémon Black and White even hits store shelves.

Here's another one for the pile: From February 21 through March 6, owners of one of the existing DS Pokémon games can stop by their local Gamestop and download Celebi, the time-traveling Pokémon for (eventual) use in Black or White. GameStop shares slide after Piper downgrade

NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of GameStop Corp. inched lower Monday after a Piper Jaffray analyst downgraded the world's largest video game store chain, saying the shift toward game downloads, tablet and mobile phone games will "clearly" hurt brick and mortar retailers.

Analyst Anthony N. Gikas downgraded GameStop to "Underweight" from "Neutral" and lowered his target price to $17 from $18.50. The analyst thinks there is a "good chance" that the company will experience peak net income in the 2010-2011 fiscal years. GameStop's fiscal years end in January. ( Read Gamestop more... )
