Taylor Corley is still listed as a part of school’s cheerleading squad although her pictures appeared in Playboy magazine.
The Mississippi State student has to be so relieved after Dr. Bill Kibbler, the vice president of student affairs, decided not to kick her out from the squad. Corley can join the cheerleading practice without any worry right now.

Taylor Corley Playboy Pictures Lead to Girl Swagg Show
LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Taylor Corley’s Playboy pictures controversy has now helped her land “Girl Swagg”, a new reality TV show. Taylor Corley is becoming a reality TV star, she tells news Thursday. And while the Playboy controversy (photos below) resulted in the Mississippi State University star losing her cheerleader spot, she instead is getting a spot in a major new TV series.
What do you do when you are cheerleader, caught in a Playboy pictures controversy, headlining national news the week of January 19? If you are Taylor Corley, you answer the telephone because MTV / VH-1 is calling. Yes, in a mere thirty days, Corley is up for Playboy Model of Year for 2011, has been contacted by the magazine for possible future work, and is filming the pilot for Girl Swagg, a pilot for MTV/VH-1. Mississippi State cheerleader Taylor Corley posed for Playboy under the name “Taylor Stone”? Of course you do. And remember how the school decided it was okay with it, since she didn’t identify herself as being affiliated with the school (and indeed, hadn’t even started cheering yet at the time)?
Well, that was then. In a recent interview Corley did with Memphisport Live, she revealed that she will, in fact, no longer be a part of MSU cheerleading going forward. She told hosts Kevin Cerrito and Marcus Hunter that she and her coaches “decided that it was either Mississippi State cheerleading or my Playboy career,” but then said that “the decision was made for me.” Well, there’s no question which choice would lead to more notoriety.
