Stephone Anthony Commits To Clemson On National Signing Day

Stephone Anthony is one of the best linebacker recruits in the nation, and he will be playing his college football with one of the nation's best linebacker prospects at Clemson. Anthony will move one state east: he's a North Carolina prospect, and had kept North Carolina as one of his three finalists with Clemson and Virginia Tech. But his move bolsters Clemson's class, which is now tremendously deep at both linebacker and wide receiver, and might sneak into the top 10 in various recruiting rankings.

The Gators were off to the land of the 6-foot-3, 220 pounds, LB, but Anthony has continued to consider Florida because new coach Muschamp retained linebackers coach DJ Durkin. Durkin has been the main recruiter of Anthony.
